This, together with his strong economics background, gives him the expertise to lead his handpicked talented team of advisers. More than anything, Nick believes education is key to making sound financial decisions and should be shared, which is why he has spent years training and managing mortgage brokers to provide the right advice to clients. Prior to joining Ardent Capital Group, Jason has been in the Finance industry for over 15 years and began his career at one of the Australia's Big Four banks. Bringing across a wealth of experience from various roles including credit assessment, accounts management and has proven track record in automotive finance. Prior to joining Ardent Capital, Phong held senior roles at some of Australia’s largest blue chip companies such as Coca-Cola Amatil, Woolworths Limited and Foxtel before founding White Oak Financial, a boutique consumer finance company. He excelled in the areas of commercial finance, risk assessment, strategy development and has a proven track record in financial control & management. This solid background and experience allows Phong to see his role as both an adviser and a financial partner to his clients, and works closely with them to realise their financial goals whether they are new to the market or seasoned property owners.
